Design of the communication campaign for “CDVIII”, a prestigious commercial space located in a privileged position, at the ground floor of Palazzo Fiano in Via del Corso at number 408, renovated and proposed on the market by Finleonardo Spa.
The oldest structure of this historic building dates back to 1300, to a building built by the English cardinal Ugone Atratus of Evesham and then used from the early fifteenth century as the seat of the cardinal holders of the church of San Lorenzo in Lucina.
The mission of the communication activities was to highlight the main strengths among which we find, in addition to the historical importance of the building, the three large double height windows that open onto one of the most famous and popular shopping streets in Rome: the key concept chosen by the agency for the development of the space identity and for the scanning of the descriptive contents was therefore starting from these main concepts, the history, the centrality of Rome and of Via del Corso and the three large double height windows. The house number written in Roman characters becomes at the same time a naming and a graphic sign able to enclose the uniqueness of this commercial space of great value and historical importance.
