Over the years we have optimized our strategies, arriving at defining a perfect blend between classic media planning and digital PR actions. This has allowed, for example, with our client Istria Tourist Board, to create a communication campaign of considerable effectiveness and great appeal.

In this specific case we manage ADV releases on various channels (e.g. print, OOH, native, video production …) and a vast rebranding campaign of the Istrian territory to raise the perceived image on a high-spending Italian public.

The PR and Press Office Campaign

Since 2022 we have been engaged in an important PR and Press Office campaign with a focus on the new resorts and high-level services that Istria is able to offer and on the food & wine excellences recognized throughout the world.

The headline “Near Istria” is at the center of the communication we designed for the organisation, which led to the creation of the mini-site https://istriavicina.istra.hr in 2022 (selection of experiences offered by the area, from biking to overnight stays in a lighthouse), this concept is even more fitting since Croatia’s entry into the euro area on January 1, 2023. Istria is now even closer.

The results of the PR campaign were extremely gratifying with great interest shown by the tourism, sportactive and lifestyle press.

As part of the activities carried out in 2023, a press conference was organised, held on 16 October at the MUDEC, dedicated to a selection of journalists, which saw a notable participation, with a tasting of the Istrian Mate oil, awarded with 100 points on 100 from the prestigious Flos Olei.

At the end of the event, an aperitif was also served by chef Enrico Bartolini.
Press trips were organized allowing journalists to visit characteristic places of coastal Istria and the very green interior.
The focus of the press trips was also to demonstrate first-hand the high level achieved by Istrian hospitality.
The PR campaign will continue in 2024 with many important news.

Door Domination (a “situationist” approach)

As part of OOH planning we have started an Out of Home Door Domination action at the Istria stop of the M5 Lilla line (towards San Siro Stadio) from a “situationist” perspective (= let’s talk about Istria in a place in Milan that has the same name).

Users of the Lille line who go down the track find themselves catapulted into a beautiful “Istrian landscape”, green and blue. The headline for this action is “Imagine another Istria”, a very clear invitation to experience everything live.

The customization of the Istria M5 stop will be visible until October 2024.
